I've fitted the nearside kingpin bolt with the brake reaction stay- no problem with Cains flanged bolt, it is the correct thread to replace the OEM bolts.
Now got to drill the chassis for the other end of the stay. I will try and use the cardboard as was suggested in the Utube video.
However I did have problems removing the big wheel spinner/nut on both sides. They were so tight I needed a 5 foot piece of scaffolding to get enough leverage on the nut spanner.
.Surely they don't need to be that tight? I could not have done it on the road with a puncture. I know that the dealer skimmed the brake discs before I took delivery a couple of weeks ago, so they must have put the nuts on that tight perhaps with an air tool.
