When my car was tested at MOG007 at Goodwood, it registered 87db at 4,500 revs (I cheated a bit on the revs and it was in fact nearer 4,000+). Another Aero with rear-sports exhausts registered 86db, so we were both well within the noise limit for the day. flag

Interesting info Aeroman abotu the rear sports pipes - I was told this would pretty much preclude me from track days. It does seem loud (especially in tunnels!) but I've certainly heard a lot louder cars. Difficult to know. Perhaps the 105db claims are unjustified - certainly it's not massively louder than the sidepipes and if yau're seeing 87 or thereabouts thats prety much ok for just about any circuit..
