Alan, that is actually for TM-IMG, which is a separate site to TM and kindly provided by Peter.

The post I linked to is for people using Talk Morgan to post photos.

In early versions of the site, there were limits on the size of photo a member could post but these were removed years ago and therefore, photos can be posted with ease using Talk Morgan or an external site.
