When your doing seventy and very windy nudge nudge wink wink mine always moved. With nothing to loose i put a few drops of superglue down the shaft and screw replaced the rubber shround and its all tickety boo.The mirrors always seemed to go out of alignement every time i used to close the door as well. Not anymore.
