Not sure what cable connectors your car has Dave but this USB powered
bluetooth device hooks up to RCA connectors. In any case there are a plethora of such devices just Google. In terms of sound quality on such there are no gains for spending silly money.
Once paired with your phone all audio from it, music files/streaming, internet radio app (if installed), sat nav voice, sound notifications, calls etc. should be sent to car speakers.
