Mine, a 3.7 Roadster, has a heat proof shield on the low mounted brake m/cylinder reservoir to protect against adjacent offside exhaust manifold. The clutch is higher so not required.
I think I can see a heat shield in the background of your photo - maybe on brake reservoir. Could the dealer who replaced clutch m/cylinder have forgotten to replace the reservoir shield or was one not fitted by MMC
