aerotaff - already done that visit and both Fathers fought in the second world war so we know an awful lot about respect where it is due and other than Jo Cox and John Smith I have none for the rest of them.
Well you have not been paying attention - plastic hulled monstrosities are my hate and the Classic Channel Racing yachts that visit are mostly wood and I loved the lines and craftsmanship involved.
I have converted a couple of grockles to Morganing and the second one will be moving down here with an identical one to my Plus 8 next week. The first one is in Kingswear now with a 4/4 so yes some of the visitors are good to know. They are all good for the local economy for sure as they are everywhere.
Looking forward to becoming a pair of grockles in Eire shortly where they tolerate the English while we are spending so a reciprocal tacit aggreement.
My Morgan is used most days and spends a lot of time on Dartmoor I just happen to like enjoying the driving more than looking for photo opportunities and have plenty of spare capacity for interests other than Morgan in my life thank God..
The only club I think worthy is that toted by cavemen - again it's a valid personal choice some folk like the safety of belonging - not me I prefer independence and never bother about others opinions or fitting in..
Respect is earned not an assumed thing by the way.
