As much as I like the Supersport, its a fair bit of extra cash to change from the Plus Four, and as I mentioned earlier there are other cars I also fancy. I've never had a Ferrari, but I'm currently looking at a 2014 Ferrari California 30, the last of the naturally aspired V8's, just before they introduced the twin turbo version......Black with cream leather and only 10k miles carbon fibre everything including the number plate holder, excellent serivce history..........the California is a more practical, easier to maintain (relatively), no engine out belt changes required, and a localish Ferrari specialist will help keep a relative lid on the service costs.............Sue likes the look of it, so an all black Morgan and Ferrari garage may soon be on the horizon., I was going to trade in the Merc, so she could drive the California to work, but that just brought roars of laughter....so the Merc maybe consigned to living outside.
I know Morgan modern electrics can be battery voltage sensitive, and a trickle charger is advised if not used for more than a couple of weeks, the informed opinion on the Ferrari if not using it for more than a day, due to fickle votage sensivity systems to put it on a trickle charge...........oh what am I letting myself in for.........need to drive it and then worry later about the rest.
