Any car that cannot be disconnected from a battery tender is a liability, especially at this price point.
Of my four Morgan's over 34 years none of mine have ever seen a battery charger at all, but unlike the garage queens they are used regularly year round provided there is no salt around which living in the South Hams helps a lot.
If it fails to start with the headlights on and they dim out change the battery simple and effective test that doesn't let you down ever. Most batteries will go 10 years if cycled correctly with normal regular driving as it minimises sulphated plates etc.
