I selected a different photo, resized it to 100x100 pixels in jpeg and failed miserably trying to set it as my new avatar I'm afraid.

. BTW you do not need to reduce image file size if just providing a link, the storage being external to the TM server. I can see the reduction in image quality compared with your previous Imgur hosted avatar.
