Welcome back to Blighty. I avoid collecting passengers from Heathrow wherever possible. Assuming they are able, get them to take the Piccadilly tube to Hatton Cross (you must tap on/off, but free of charge) and pick them up there. No travel chaos and no drop off/collection fee.
