The MGB servo had a removeable air filter on the side. Not sure if the Morgan servo has this - it could be through the pushrod channel on modern servos.
Have you checked inside the drums for an accumulation of lining dust? If there is dust with the merest hint of either wetness. or a fluid leak it will cause stiction.
