A fourth wiper??
As for the petrol cap, mine has no locking facility (at least not on the Morgan!).
Mine came with a third party fuel cap that I've just replaced with a genuine one (so to speak) that is none locking. For our vintage Graham you can not get a locking one (from "Uncle Melyvn" at least).
If you have an newer car I recall that you have options.....
