If you have an imported car, you seem to avoid the massive road tax thing. The Ford GT, which has millions of carbons (or something) costs the same as Focus.
It's cows, algae and volcanoes that we should be taxing. Mankind is responsible for a fraction of one per cent of 'greenhouse gasses'. It's just legalised theft to tax on this basis.
