I've never sat in a +8, so can't compare with the Roadster. I've got small feet, so I'd suggest you give the Roadster a try, when one's available. There's nothing that can be done about sideways clearance, that's fixed by the side of the body & the transmission tunnel. It may be possible to increase the toe clearance, which is what I'll look at when I get chance.
