As a disabled driver, remote greasing is my next addition after new kingpins. Otherwise I would be struggling. Interesting reactions to blue badge holders eg. You can't be disabled and drive a sports car!
Saw a bloke with no legs once get out of a hand controlled Ferrari and swing into his wheelchair which came from the empty passenger 'bay'. Also Motability offers an MX5 with a recent article saying disabled people can and should still enjoy life! Rant over but we Morgan drivers are a diverse lot. Cheers.

I did buy a set, however I am yet to fit them. Mainly due to having an unreliable grease gun. So just bought a Wanner again. I gave my old one away 30 years ago, to a friend who was rebuilding a old MG TD? Thinking I would not need it again.
I am finding the greasing job just a 10 mins job now, including wiping the excess grease away. However for touring I foresee the remote system will be ideal, as I grease up every 200 miles at present, and a little grease is better than no grease.

I fitted mine before my 'Grande Tour' and with Top & Bottom Gaitors fitted as well the job was a doddle. Wiping the excess away was just around the lower edge of the bump Spring Gaitor. Next greasing I will remove all 4 Gaitors and give them a good clean out as well. I was sold on the 'remotes' having seen a fab copper piped installation on a vintage Bentley.

Hi all.
We have been overwhelmed by the response & orders for these kits, so will continue to do them as long as theyre needed.
I have had a few enquiries from Morgan themselves, especially a dealeership in the Netherlands, so hopefully at some point in the future, it may be a standard addition, but if not, never fear, Nipple shop is always here... :-)

Elaine, one of the issues, as you will have read in this posting is the uncertainty of the size of the replacement parts.
I for one would rather pay a couple of pounds extra to have a selection of sizes of the male stub elbows so that the installation can be complete in one operation rather than having to reorder if the parts do not fit.
Hence I will probably fit them in the winter when the car is off the road.

There is a guy who goes to the Guzzi rally in NSW every year in his three wheeler. He has a rack for his wheel chair. He swings the wheel chair alongside and opens it then gets in and out by himself. I have also known several who ride motorcycles and have various limbs missing. These guys have all my respect and support.

It has been asked so many times if we know the particular morgan threads. Apologies that we dont.
But like you have said, buying a selection of elbow & straight studs is a good way of getting round the problem, or buy some thread gauges which we also sell on the website.

28 UKpounds +VAT is too rich for a one off use of a thread guage.
Stick a variety of connections in the kit to make it easy for us
Unused items could be returned if you so wished. A win win resolution at little cost to you.
Just a thought.
You might recall the block I was sent did not have the matching nipples. That took the shine off the kit for me.
