I m trying to change my avatar. I resized the wanted picture to smaller than 100x100, but im not able to upload it. The current file path doesnbt work...Can anyone please help ?

If you upload it to the photobucket site - use the Talk Morgan username/password - this is given here. When you have uploaded here you can link to it....I think

You only need to host photos on photobucket/talk morgan if you want to share them via [img] tags in a post or your signature block.
For your avatar image, you will want to upload it directly from your computer. So, instead of using the web address to link the photo, navigate to where ever the image is saved on your computer and upload that directly to the forums.
Hope this helps! I tried it first, but it doesn t work. i have to cut and paste the path but notzhing happens

I have tried and failed several times to upload an avatar photo. Non of the above helps a dunce like me, sorry. I have my avatar sitting in Picasa but need some detailed advice on how to link to it. I anyone can help I'd be very grateful.

Oops, I guess I should have read my own advice first, here is exactly what I typed to help another member out. For your avatar you just need the web address without the IMG tags. When you look at the list of links provided for you on photobucket, the one labeled "direct link" is the images web address with no tags, this should work for your avatar.

This works perfect as Mi3Wheeler suggests, see i have changed mine, but i do it through Photbucket.
