I was at the Chatsworth Country Show recently and amongst the various Mogs on display was a nice Plus 8 with exhaust pipes exiting each side forward of the rear wheels. These really look the business. Can anyone advise where these can be obtained please, and also whether the extra noise is too much to handle? Thanks

My semi-educated guess is Librands... click here.... I just purchased a complete s/steel exhaust for my 1600cc Kent 4/4 and am very impressed by the quality and service. Exhaust is superb too. Sounds so much better....it was also only available by contacting Librands (could not be ordered from the website) but in stock....

I'm pretty sure Harpers do them - worth a ring anyway. http://www.harpersmorgan.co.uk/Other/stainless_steel_exhausts.htmI had a +8 for four years with conventional single pipe at the rear and I'm quite enthusiastic about V8 sounds but thought it was loud enough. Can't comment on the side exits suffice it to say I have only ever seen and heard one.
