I am experiencing some pulling to the near side when applying the brakes - especially in the wet.
The severe pull happens early in the drive and seems to dissipate after a couple of dabs. 2004 +4
Have I got a problem with a sticky piston in the callipers?

All five of the Morgans I have owned have pulled to one side or the other on the first application of the brakes in wet weather. If it doesn't do it in the dry, it is probably just wet discs and it usually disappears on the second or third application of the brakes.

If your piston stick's it will cover your wire wheel with brake dust clean it and take it for a long ride then check your wire wheel . Had one on the way to Mog 99. I am experiencing some pulling to the near side when applying the brakes - especially in the wet.

The wettest side will grip least on first application.
My Roadster has a lazy piston on the offside which only shows up with the brakes really hot, when I get a pull to the left.
Backplates would help, and I've toyed with the idea of modding some MGB ones to fit.
Replacing the discs is on my medium term to do list anyway, so for now it's status quo.

Chaps, thanks for your help, I was expecting to overhaul the brakes with new braided hoses, green pads and bleeding.
Thought that more work might be necessary, but from your comments that is all I need to consider.
