Hello again all, been a while since I joined and am still searching for a car so thought I would post here. I'm after an older 4/4, preferably with the pre CVH Ford crossflow, 2 seater, good to excellent mechanical condition, not worried if it is a bit scruffy (only a bit though!). Priced at around £14-£20K. Frustratingly I have recently missed 2 at Allon White, one as I was in the middle of buying another car, and the second as I couldn't get to view for a few days, by which time it had gone. So if anyone is considering selling do please let me know. I'd consider a later 4/4 or a Plus 4 as well, but generally the electrics/electronics put me off!

Hi Mark, I have a 1991 4/4 in connought green. The car is fitted with a 2 litre Zetec engine running on twin 45s. It is in very good condition. Its got 52,000 miles on the clock(32000 on new engine). The car has various upgrades, of which full details can be given on request.
Asking price is £17,000. Please PM me for more details.

Suspect a major rebuild has gone on there. Probably at same time as 5 speed conversion... It's the wrong colour for me
