I am just watching qualifying of the Abu Dhabi GP and the cars are registering 6G under braking at one of the corners!
That is just silly.

Although F1 does seem, at times, a little dull (round and round and round etc says swmbo - although "DRS" has made a big difference) I still have huge respect for these guys. Watching the Hamster on TG several years back showed just how difficult these "cars" are to drive.

I'm just happy with just a dab of oppo very occasionally from my 1.6.

PS - It's Vettel's championship this year, so should we avoid USA and Brazil and fast forward to 2013?

Ah ha - all is NOT yet over :Vettel ran out of fuel during qualifying, so he's starting from back of grid. Perhaps there will be some interest in Austin.

Always his to lose he's just in a zone right now.

Great Grand Prix today and what a drive he had 21st to 3rd - and all the old farts (well Eddy Jordan) said he's great in the lead but lets see him do some overtaking. Well after the wing/tyre stop he had to overtake them all again, a class act.

Great to see Kimi back on top 1st season back, Schummi get gone your day is over.

Great race. Enjoyed it far more than previous AbuDhabi track events. Sad to see Jenson was unable to make the podium.

One could guess that it will go down to the wire to hit the final race, Bernie is such a good ring master hide wink

Also how come there has not been press uproar concerning the poor language and actions on the podium? Given the issues surrounding going to the US shortly I was amazed. I also never thought Vettel was such an ar*e, not supporting him in the future.

Certainly no love lost between DC and the Spaniard an interesting interview with the word conservationist Mikka.

I guess Sebastian had used himself up racing from 21st as he clearly hadn't engaged his brain prior to delivery to sponsor time on the podium.
A real racer for all that as Mikka shows words don't win races talent and self belief do though.

Good luck to the 3 of them as the Crown is decided Mikka is proving to be the Joker in the pack at the moment. wink

I think the midget has got his hands full controlling his Amazon wife oops

How come K.R can return and do so well in a 2nd class car and yet M. S. has been crap . Nigel Mansell said M.S. only achieved most of wins by having the better car that had reliability and never broke down .

Might of been true in the Ferrari days (but even then I'm not so sure in the early years). But he was driving the Benettons way above their potential.
