Has anyone found a nice better breathing chrome air-filter that looks right? There's the asymmetrical one that I've seen in a few pics but that looks a bit odd to me and is obviously aimed at an engine aligned sideways on.
Wisco most of the aftermarket air covers that are designed for the x wedge or most of the other v twins won't fit the x wedge on the 3 wheelers.
I've spent some time looking at this and the problem is the mounting plate which holds the intake assembly is different. In order to maximise you're choice of options it'll be necessary to get an adaptor made. I've tried and was hoping for some feedback from a supplier but he needs a 3 wheeler for a day, and is based near Blackpool is anyone is up for it.
I believe that it helps to be from slave stock, and I don't think that Charlie is? I could be wrong of course? Charlie?
Re: the airfilter cover, it looks like a round polished disk, maybe just like a CD, is drilled and screwed onto the front. I will check out a CD tomorrow..................
I am sorry to dissapoint you with the news that a few of us yanks have figured out how to speak properly. I guess you can contribute that to me living within a two hour drive of Canada, and my college education helps. You need someone from the dirty souf to fulfill your quest to find poorly spoken English from an American.
