Thanks for the warm welcome all, much appreciated. Will post photos when I pick the car up in a couple of weeks. My car has been recently rebodied but has its original bonnet which does not fit as well as it might. Will need to make a decision on whether to replace with an alloy one built to fit or try and adjust the existing steel one. Would be nice to keep the original though. Re handle of 1234, did not realise the significance when I signed up, should have been 1342 i guess.
