You have got me thinking about what I can do to my little 2011 1.6, 4/4 to get some better performance out of it. Can I ask if your engine model (as per the sticker on the rocker cover which I can't read in the photo) is a ZSG416 ?

Thanks for sharing with us all the mods you are doing. I've only just been able to access all your photo bucket pics and I'm fascinated by the whole project. I'll be very interested to see how the throttle bodies differs from my earlier ones and also interested to see any dyno results if you get them. I must say I envy all the space you seem to have workshop wise!

You did admire my exhaust, same guy makes one for yours But first your brakes must be fixed to fastidious standards

Ah, yes indeed a very fine job. Glad to report that the brakes seem to be ok although I am noticing a different wear pattern on the repaired unit - you know how fastidious I can be...!
