Lilo, best to wait for one you are really excited about and has a full service history. In other words a car that has been someones pride and joy. It is better to buy a car that has had money lavished on it than be in the situation where you need to put a lot of your money into it. smile

Dear all,

found one more possible candidate. A 1975 4/4 four seaters, 3 owners from new, the last two for 10 years each. Over the phone the car description sounds promissing... appart from the two next points:
- the car is described to be aluminium body: from my Haynes book this option for the 4/4 only became available after january 1977.
- the car is also said to be equipped with twin SU carbs. On a Kent engine?..
What would the experts say about this?

your input is welcome

Kind regards
Lilo
