Thanks to yourself and all the other support. I've decided to go with the option from VSM that the dealer (Mike Duncan) has fitted before and seems to overcome the problems with both the factory fitted and the Mullbury units. The radiator is made from steel and. Brass with a copper core and is more robust to stand the rough environment of the Morgan.

Yes I understand Mike & Ben Duncan have a good name. They are also familiar with my car having done a number of services on it over past years.
