I don't know the answer to your question, but I tend to put 'Thatcham' against that particular question on some of my cars. I have no idea who makes them on mine, so that's my default answer. You may, of course, prefer to be exact.

If it's not an add-on I usually put 'factory' Thatcham Cat 1 or 2 (usually 2 for an immobiliser)...
