Dull point, but what tax band and is it CC charge free - might work as a "company car"?

Going back to earlier posts, all HDs have had Efi for years. Indian Enfields are still available with carburettor power plants, but only in those markets where the Efi is not a requirement to meet emissions regs (so not EU then).
Tax band? Suggest you look at the motor bicyle / tricycle VED rates - you'll find them on DVLA's web site. CC - don't know, what do bikes pay?
The only (non-electric) new car that is free from CC is the new Fiat 500 TwinAir and has a zero rated VED...

As a Harley owner/rider...the S&S motor is far ahead design wise than the Harley, you may give up some "cool" factor with an S&S in jolly old...BUT the Harley ahs a few design issues after a certain mileage, it can be fixed BUT...Plus the S&S has more "stick"....you will enjoy that.
