Hmm, another mis-use of the word 'vintage'.
No Morgan four wheeler is vintage, they're not old enough.
Vintage as applied to cars, means made before 1931
Programme might be interesting, but not to me as it's not subtitled

Programme might be interesting, but not to me as it's not subtitled All the guides are saying that it is subtitled. Radio Times more accurately describes the car as a "classic sports car" and the TV Times as Rory Brnemner's "beloved Morgan convertible". There have been programmes before with celebs in a Morgan but usually the car has been rented and delivered by truck. It will be nice to see a programme presented by a genuine Morgan owner. It's on every weekday for the next 4 weeks. I've set the V+. ~iw

But not the freeview epg - which I used as my reference.
I'll set the recorder and hope...
Added - recorder now set, itv1 on the EPG says subtitles but not itv1 HD?
Either finger trouble, or HD really is different. Needless to say, I've set the non HD version to play safe.

I have tinnitus - so I'm a big fan of subtitles too.  Interesting view on the word 'vintage'. Many car dealers and owners use vintage for any car that's over about 20 years old.

True, I think it's a lost battle to tell the truth, although I regard the 'media' as the worst offenders.
