Heute bekam ich die Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil II sowie das COC Certificate of Conformity (im Original ) .

Zusammen mit der ausgedruckten Versicherungsbescheinigung, dem Personalausweis, ausreichend Bar- und Plastikgeld sowie dem Ausdruck meines vorab reservierten Wunschkennzeichens machte ich mich wohlgemut auf zur lokalen Zulassungsstelle.

Nach einer angemessenen Wartezeit von 70 Minuten erfahre ich:

Meine Versicherungsbescheinigung gilt nur für einen PKW, ich habe jedoch etwas, was wohl der Computer noch nicht kennt, wir einigen uns auf drei- oder vierrädriges Fahrzeug schneller als 45 km/h. Ich rufe meinen Versicherungsvertreter an , die sind gleich am Telefon, der Computer dort ist an und ich bekomme einen neuen Code für den Computer vom Landratsamt (Dank an die All**** Vertretung in Rottenburg, sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit ). Doch gleich das nächste Problem: Ich möchte eine Saison-Zulassung und das hätte ich der Versicherung vorher sagen müssen, also ein weiterer Anruf , ein weiterer Code und nun akzeptiert es der Computer vom Landratsamt.

Dort beschäftige ich nun zwei Mitarbeiter , eine wird gerade eingelernt, später erfahre ich, es war die überhaupt erste Zulassung für sie, sie war sogar unsicher, ob sie überhaupt die Papiere unterschreiben darf. Dank an die beiden, sie lösten die Probleme ruhig und unter viel Diskussion, ich schulde ihnen eigentlich eine fette eisgekühlte Wassermelone .

Obwohl ich schon Dreiräder in D gesehen hatte mit der grünen Smogplakette (die ist hier lebensnotwendig, alle umliegenden Städte sind sonst unerreichbar und es wird mittlerweile der "fliessende" und der "stehende" Verkehr überwacht) bekomme ich keine, die wäre nicht notwendig, da "Motorrad".

Nun zum Schilderdienst, ich hatte die Informationen: Vorne normales Kennzeichen 52 cm breit, hinten rechteckig 25 x 20 cm. Deshalb meine Rückfrage an andere deutsch zugelassene Dreiräder und deren Eigentümer: Habt Ihr eine grüne Smogplakette oder nicht und kann hier noch bei der Berechnung der KFZ-Steuer eine Überraschung auf mich warten?
