We used to lift Formula Fords onto similar stands to work on them with a large "A" frame on nylon wheels with an 12volt electric hoist and a lifting strop through the role hoop.
This could be done with a block and tackle but you would need a fair sized RSJ in your garage.
To balance the weight strops through the role hoops and upper front wish bones should keep it level whilst lifting.
