Thank you too Peter. My wife tells me that trying to follow me through roundabouts show very little roll-she tells me it appears to corner flat. And she always amazed at how fast she has to drive to catch up even though I have a strict self imposed speed limit. I'll look forward to the conversion in due course.

Finally I found the time to fit my SUPLEX kit. Fantastic result - I couldn't even tell if it was a pence or a 10 crown coin (Swedish) I was running over.  Except fitting the kit including springs, Bilstein dampers and the roller bearings I have adjusted the steering rack, fitted new Vesconite bushings (press fit and reamed), new adjustable dampers in the back. I left out the damper blades and have a slight shimmy around 50 mph to work on. The car is a lot more controllable and has very little kick back and keeps the desired line easily. At higher speeds one can feel the dampers and springs really working in harmony and at lower speeds everything is just a lot softer but still quite firm (as it should be). My rack-and-pinion is very direct and I will fit a steering damper later to help controlling fast straight line driving. Maybe a little less toe in will help also. All-in-all I think the SUPLEX kit makes the steering, springing and damping work better together. The whole car feel more harmonious. Thank you all for your input in this thread

Glad to hear that you like it. Your expereiences seem to be pretty much the same as those of everyone else who has fitted the kit. My Suplex system now has about 1,000O km and I am now so used to it that I don't even think about it. On Sunday I did a longish run with  Jnr. as co-pilot. The roads varied from superb to terrible and at various moments some spirited cornering was undertaken The front end of the car stuck to the road like it was on rails and bumps in corners did not phase it for one moment and the car corners with much less body roll than previously. Also the steering is lighter and requires less muscle on all those mountain passes. Just fantastic.

The more I hear about Suplex the more tempted I am to get it. The traditional handling characteristics of Morgans have their charms but they also become tiring after a while - particularly on the increasingly rough roads here in the UK.

Seriously: Every time I leave my garage - there is a 1,5 inch steel threshold that reminds me.
