Hi All, I have a 1995 4/4 with a leaking heater core. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is a proprietary part or if it interchanges with one from another car. I am in the US so no dealer or parts supplier nearby. If it is proprietary, I will order it from the UK, but if I can source it stateside, I would prefer that. Thanks.
John

These guys in New York can probably take care of the problem for you. They are: Cap-A-Radiator and have saved my bacon more than once.

Can Morgan Spare's in the US help? Click here... or they may be able to find out if a more learned member of TM cannot.

I've used them before and their service was good. No link to me, just a satisified customer.

Thanks for the replies. I did some research once I removed my leaking heater core and discovered that it had the letters "KL" on it. It is a Number 20593 heater matrix sold by Foursome Vehicle Heaters. I emailed the company and found out that it is the same heater as used in the Lotus Elise Series 1, London Taxi TX1 and TX2. I can purchase a replacement from Foursome. In the meantime I have a rubber hose connecting the hoses.
