I hope, the link works.

As it appeared only with the front right wheel, my houghts are that the abrasion happened not when the main front springs are compressed, but in right curves, when the wheel was unloaded due to body roll, when she lifts up on the right wing. And only the right wheel shows the issue because my weight sitting at the left will be count in addition.

Currently, the travel way is shortened as a interims solution. This will reduce body roll. But I'm more and more convinced, that a propper spring travel way in combination with a harder rebound spring will do the job with more convenience.

Have a look at this very interesting text written bei PJB regarding the spring interaction and the choice of rebound springs - as long as one goes the traditional route.

As a reminder, in my view the abrasion is an issue only because of the choice of the 7J x 15 wheels. All Morgans work fine with 6.5x15 or 7 x 16.
