I would like to transfer my spot lamps to a replacement morgan. They are attached to a bracket fitted behind the full length bumpers.

Can anyone advise if the bracket is standard to allow spot lamps to be fitted, or is it a part of the spot lamps.

To remove the bracket will require removal of the bumper.

It looks like a bent bit of Polished s/steel that could be taken off at anytime more like an add on purchased off a mog dealer.

Just reading miscellany Yorkshire bit and it stated Faulty Towers in Masham anyone know the place just so we dont visit it next year.

Looks like my own Librands lights. These come without bracket, but the bracket can be purchased separately. In my case it was far cheaper to fabricate my own out of stainless steel, and the appearance is identical. If you disconnect the wiring at the lights, and remove the bumper, the lights will come away with the bracket still attached which, in theory, means that when you come to fit to your new Morgan you will have less trouble aligning the light beam.

Take the bumper off (it won't take long) and keep the brackets with the lamps... smile
