I would never make a good criminal while walking about in the area I heard a shout "John" , I looked around had not a clue . It was an old mate have not seen him for about 16 year . By had he changed . He said We looked the same no change , must have look an old git then . He had a 2L +4 with a Fiat engine was going to do it up then purchased a new +4 . So has what looks like 2 engines , new pistons and crank extra sumps and cylinder head , webber carb , manifold, gearbox etc etc . Asked if I knew anyone who wanted them ( not FOC ) as he just wants to make a bit room in his garage .
The lad/s called Stewart Southern and lives in Doncaster Yorkshire .
The Fiat 2L was bloody quick I had 3 mates with them Bill Powers 4 seater ( Newcastle -upon -Tyne ) . Tom Frame 2 seater ( Hart ) used to race his now has a roadster and says its not as good , He is a hard Jock but a great straight guy. Along with Stewart .
