At the risk of sounding anal would a tunnel tidy be a useful wheeze? I have lots of rubbish rattling around under the seats and would welcome something that hangs over the tunnel, fitted around the gear shift and weighted each side to hold it in place. I realise that a door pocket is the obvious answer but I don't have one. Perhaps along the lines of the Caterham one. http://www.softbitsforsevens.co.uk/page42a.htmlPerhaps John Taylor could come up with a quality item. I think it would be especially useful for M3W owners where space is at a premium.

Nice.
I could do with something that holds the iPhone upright on the tunnel and provides additional storage for a couple of cables and bit.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

Nice.
I could do with something that holds the iPhone upright on the tunnel and provides additional storage for a couple of cables and bit. This, or something like it, would probably do the trick.

I am trying to dezign a leather cover on the transmission tunnel with several different size pockets in each side next to your legs . When its done I will take some photo's .

Borghi in Milan fits elastcised pockets, similar to the door pockets, to the sides of the tunnels.

One of the guys in WA has devised a great cup holder that goes over the tunnel...I am sure it would sell very well if marketed!

Thank you TMG. What metal will this fix to in an Aero as Aluminium is not ferros/magnetic ?

Some years ago I had Steve Simmonds in Malvern fit me a tunnel box in the +8 and also a side pocket for on the tunnel in the passenger side for my good lady navigator to keep the maps in ........ He did this whilst fitting Aero style seats on the car. Picture below is not too hot as it was taken in Steve's workshop and the light was not too good. It just shows the start of the elasticated pocked and you can just make out the box between the seats.  Can't take a better photo unfortunately as car is now resident in Germany.
