I appreciate that this sort of thing shouldn't happen, but focus on the outcome you want - which I would think is to have you car working properly as quickly as possible. So how about this:
1. Drain the coolant and remove the hose 2. Take the hose to a decent motor factor and get a replacement. Easiest would be a motorsports specialist who could make you up something from silicone sections snip In my experience, proper motor factors are enormously helpful to owners of Morgans. I've been let loose in stores on many occasions. Chances are the hose is the same as something quite common, the problem is finding out what it is. Even Halfords have been helpful when I was after bits for the three wheeler, made a lad's day when they had a battery for it although I kept quiet on the fact a few years previously I'd adapted it to take the same battery as the 4/4.

David,
I have experienced exactly the same issue with a water leak in this area of my 3.7 whilst in the South of France a couple of weeks ago. For me it was a hair line crack in the white plastic tee piece. For your information the tee piece is an 18mm barb fitting. Make sure you have a new one before risking damage removing the old tee it could be fragile. I managed to source a Gardinia garden hose pipe Y piece from a French DIY store to get us home but this is not a long time fix. I intend to replace with a more substantial stainless steel barbed tee. Better to replace before it lets go completely if yours has a fracture.
Make sure you top up with the correct (red) anti-freeze once fixed.
Hope this helps.

I misunderstood your posting. I thought it was the larger hose below the T-piece.
If it's coming from the T-piece then it's very likely to be cracked. Simples.
If your dealer needs factory assistance to fix this then you need to find another dealer. Hello Mike In my car it is the larger hose below the T-piece. I will check the T piece as James suggests but it looks like the hose which is at fault.

The lower hose does have a slightly larger bore but it also has a thicker wall section and is made from a different softer synthetic type of material and pulls up fine on the barbed fitting.
In my case it also looked like a leak between the hose and tee interface but in fact the tee itself had a radial crack in line with the end of the hose that could not be seen with the tee fitted up on the hoses.
Once the tee is removed and flexed in your fingers the fracture becomes visible. If I were a betting man I would put money on yours being the same. I would not exactly describe the plastic tee as being a robust component and is worthy of close inspection.
Happy hunting, James

I am confused on how this series of replies relates to ownership of the three wheeler. I think this conversation should be summarized for relevance so guys like me can understand or continued in a different area.

Well, Bert, it is part of the 'ownership experience' topic, with reference both to the slowness of the factory, probably due to staff shortages, and to possible problems with the car, which happens to be a 4 wheeler.
Do I get the feeling that M3W owners are a fairly vociferous lot? Mainly because we are all fairly new to the car and still enthusiastic I fancy.
