I am only 181cm but have in my car have a 14" wooden rimmed mota-lita, the centre is offset, the bottom spoke has 2 holes and the 2 horizontal spokes has 3 holes. I don't notice it when driving, but gives you more room get in and out and more thigh room. I think this would be good for you. drive

My 4/4 came with 15 inch and I found it a bit too large so downsized to a 14 inch and I haven't noticed any extra effort to turn the wheel.

Me too, I went from a 15" to 14" and didn't notice any issue. But when I tried a 13" I found it too heavy.
