Great news, heard today that my car is nearly complete and should be here is the USA in a few weeks! I'm planning on seeing the car and driving in at Brighton in Scottsdale before the car is delivered to Houston. Any advice from existing owners on issues I should check on before accepting the car? I plan on making sure the bevel box isn't wailing like a banshee, but is there anything else I should make sure is fettled before I accept delivery? Looking forward to graduating to "owner" and working out the known niggles on this car with the rest of you now!

I lived in Houston about 10 years ago. No disrespect, but I can't imagine driving a 3 wheeler around that town. With all the pickups and supersized SUVs on the roads, you are certainly a brave man to go against the grain.
Nothing to offer to your question...but just want to say congrats!

Great news and after the wait you've had, very exciting. I really don't think you will find any problems with the car, they come pretty well bolted together, and, you never know, yours may arrive with the steering upgrade installed? Each car seems to develope at its' own rate, and some things which affect one car won.t affect another, but you know , from reading the reports on here, what to keep your eyes open for. You may even be lucky with the bevel box too.
I know you will enjoy it no matter what happens.

Can't wait to see it! Will be through Houston twice a month for the next 12 mo's...look forward to talking about it over a cold one with you! I would recommend talking to Blake Marvin on here...he is one of the more recent guys to take delivery of one in the States, he might have a good checklist hammered out.
Good luck! Happy Motoring!

Ha! Jive Turkey - I actually live in Katy - not inside the 610 loop, though I assure you I won't be driving the Morgan on I-10 during rush hour! This is going to be a weekend toy... Utah - drop me a PM anytime you're in town, we'll enjoy a cold one and talk cars! Paul...I've got to admit bump steer is starting to give me cold feet, I'm going to talk to my dealer tomorrow about getting a guarantee in writing that any bump steer fix will be installed free of charge.

Actually, when you get your car, you'll probably wonder what all the fuss is about. If you expect the worst, you won't be surprised, and things can only be better.
Redneck has got the right idea - it's all about fun and to hell with the rest of it, we only come by this way once. [Although I'd still like my car to steer ptoperly, and it can be even more fun!]

My advice would be to receive and enjoy your car for a week, get some miles of fun completed. Any major faults will immediately become apparent but then go round the car making a close inspection. Look out for the cosmetic faults as well, make a list if you find anything then write to your dealer.

Drive it and enjoy it ! Avoid potholes, but when you hit one ... bumpsteer ! Forewarned, forearmed ... really only bad if you hit a big one. Enjoy !

Nothing to offer to your question...but just want to say congrats! I live in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area. The prospect of encountering trucks in a M3W don't phase me. Just drive under them and continue on your merry way. I too may have to look you up when next in Houston. I have yet to see one in the wild here in DFW.
