I wonder if anyone can help?
My radiator gave up on me yesterday and I was wondering how easy it is to fit a new one myself.
Could anyone give me any advice and also is it better to get a Mulberry ali, radiator?

Andy

Personally I would upgrade to a Ali radiator and if you are mechanically minded, it's a straight forward job.

Might also be worth talking to Williams. I understand from chatting last Sunday that they are also producing an ali rad to fit all modern Mogs (though I think the 3.7 rad is different to the rest). Gets away from those nasty plastic pipework fittings, which you'll end up with again if you fit standard.

Alternatively, talk to your local radiator repair shop, they may be able to sort you out with a repair that will also replace those plastic fittings...

Cheers

Thank-you Martin and Graham for your advice and I got a Ali. radiator from Peter Mulberry who was very helpful and explained how to remove the old radiator and fit the new Ali, one. It is very easy to replace the radiator after Peter's great advice.
