Recently purchased a Russian MIG clock from the Ukraine. Wasn't quite sure if it would arrive and what condition it would be in but have been pleasantly surprised. It has a mechanical 5 day movement and is extremely accurate!

The standard finish is satin black painted bezel which was in good condition apart from a couple of slight dents. I dismantled the clock and stripped off the paint and it has buffed up surprisingly well using 1500 grade wet and dry and buffing pads on my Dremel with a variety of polishing compounds. The next job is to take a deep breath and cut a hole in the dash for it. shocked2

As bought;

Stripped and polished;

MIG clocks look the bees knees in Morgans. There are a few nice examples on MK's website

Looks really good!
Also gives you a great reason to go out as you have to wind it every week...

Now all you need the M3W "Bomb Release" switch as a starter button...

"Built to withstand 6G"
Better get a 3.7 Roadster instead, then!

Europa spares do a stick on one(or one srew hole if preferred - Smiths replica- no need to drill - just replaced the battery after 2 years. most think it is factory fitted!!- about £30 inc. vat.
Fits nicely to the right of the steering wheel on the dash.

Yes, I had an Oxford M/C clock in RTA, which I let go with the car. Seems to have doubled in price since I bought it though - around £25 on Amazon.

Cheers,
