I'd be a bit wary of using 'not for road use ' pads , if they were spotted by an insurance assessor after an accident you'd be in a muddle .

Have you tried the EBC green? How do they compare to the Mintex?

Thinking of trying them on my Plus 4.

Tks.

EBC Green seem to get thumbs from many...
Whether that is with the Caparo calipers though???

When you have renewed pads bed them in carefully.
A few light applications at lower speed before real hard application.
This can bed them to the disc propely without generating excess heat to cause glazing.

EBC Green stuff transformed my brakes after the originals had glazed. The Caparo calipers take the same pads as the previous calipers according to Gomog.

Thanks to all of you for the input on the EBC Green and Caparo calipers.
I plan to give them a try. Swapping out the old rubber lines for Goodridge lines was a major improvement.

Cheers!

Not in words. But the bright green backing plate is visible in some makes of calliper (not sure about the Caparos) so could be a giveaway.

Never bothered me though...
