In Ireland we have a saying "Athnion Ciarog Ciarog eile" IT means "It takes one to know one"

AQM - you have just demonstrated this absolutely!!!!!!!!!!

Been following this thread and must admit as a newbie (to this forum not forums in general) I must say

1) I'm now nervous about recceiving my 3W though still excited smile

2) I'm nervous about posting that I'm excited about receiving my 3W as that may offend some members frown

Ken

As an outside observer, ie I do own a Morgan but I don't own a 3 wheeler, it seems to me that:
1) the two main issues with the M3W are the bump steer and the noisy bevel box,
2) both are very much a variable, both in the perception of owners and whether or not a particular car is suffering from these problems,
3) we know Morgan are working to resolve both problems for owners who report that their car suffers from one or the other or both, (you can be sure that the last thing Morgan wants is unhappy customers and warranty issues)

Fixes for the bump steer are already available as a suspension upgrade and another steering solution should shortly be available from Morgan. Bevel box problems are a warranty issue so are really Morgan's problem.

Nearly every owner would not do without their M3W even with some "fixes" to be done.

So relax, place your order (you know you want one), take delivery and enjoy the thrills. Any problems that occur can, and will be, fixed.

PS. and don't take too much notice of people who insist on creating angst, and insist on continual repetition and having the last word. If you ignore them they just might go and find another forum to TROLL smile

Peter I'm wondering what the 'another steering solution ' you refer to consists of ? And where did you find out about it ?

Ken

Don't be worried Ken, they are great little cars and I'm sure you will be delighted with it.

Regarding your posting Ken, post and be damned! There are many on here who will support you and there is absolutely nothing wrong with being excited about receiving your 3W. cheers

Brian

Are you 12 years old, thinking you make a valid point by using an argument like that?

You both seem to continue to ignore what is said, so here it is again:

http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/156720/AQM#Post156720

And need I remind you that I don't post this in any old thread, whereas people attempting to shut down everyone posting about problems, fixes, or modifications does (or did)?

As usual, I expect this too will be twisted beyond recognition.
