Crowbar ... VIs is those with a 'vested interest'
Just a thought ..... There must be something going on behind the scenes. Lets hope it gives those with an issue a solution one way or the other.

I'm really not sure who could have a vested interest? I think the only people with a vested interest, other than Morgan, are us owners who have paid thousands of £/$, and at least some, who do not have a car which works correctly.
It seems that people like Fatcat Motorsports have been called in to rectify the problem on an owners car, at his own expense - where is the vested interest in that? If they have discovered a remedy, and as they are in business, then why not offer their solution to other owners, this is obviously not going to be done without charge, or maybe Morgan are the only ones who should be allowed to charge for 'upgrades' though?

So there are probably two likely scenarios: 1) MMC made it worth Fatcat Motorports while to remove the letters (i.e. paid them for their development work or provided parts). 2) MMC threatened Fat Cat motorspots with legal action. So there you have it...somebody didn't want this information getting out... More often than not, this kind of action just fuels the fire - the conspiracy theorists will have a field day. Where's AQM when you need him? (Trust me, I'm kidding )

3) Fatcat realised letter was P&C 4) MMC repaired Kens trike to his satisfaction or paid him out and he asked FC to remove it. 5) FC realised they want to be M3W agents 6) Charles Morgan wrote to Obama expressing his indignance 7) Ken realised he was just a bad driver with weak wrists and the M3W steers beautifully. 8) FC have a software glitch So many possibilities oh and All Quiet at the Moment

The vested interest I think was the original poster of the e-mails...he wanted to market the upgrades himself.

Even after all that has been written on this particular thread, I still fail to see what the problem is/was if this was the case? The man has, at his own expense, approached a specialist company to find a solution to an acknowledged problem [on some cars], he has then offered the solution to Morgan or to other owners, he is not going to do this for nothing is he? Has he fraudulently offered to relieve owners of their hard earned cash, or as was so memorably put, been selling snake oil? A little unfair I thought.
Am I missing something?

It's no different to the Suplex upgrade. It was just handled in the wrong way in my opinion.
