Has anyone suffered with their brakes pulling to one side or the other?
Mine started pulling quite noticeably to the right when taking to the dealers for a replacement cylinder head gasket (see other discussion). So far my dealer hasn't managed to find the problem. Bled the brake system, cleaned the pads, etc. tightened wheel bearing all to no avail.
The factory have now advised getting the tracking checked, which it will have done tomorrow....

Mine did until its last service, when it was fixed.
It was a brake cylinder at the rear which got stuck.
One of the symptoms was a clunk when starting to drive after being parked over night.

Ah, funny you should say that, yes, after 800 - 900 miles it is pulling to the right. it is now with the dealer for the bevel box, but I've mentioned the brakes, so it'll be interesting to see if they can find the problem.
Brake cylinder at the rear? I wonder how that affects the behaviour left to right [or vice versa?] No noticeable clunk.

The single rear disk is on one side of the rear wheel,(not sure which as I don't have a M3W) so I suppose it it sticks on when applied so you could have more braking power on one side that the other, thus pulling the car. But I'd be surprised if it is that noticeable. But if this pulling occurs on cars that have leaked oil I'd try changing the pads. Oil on pads can't be easily removed by cleaning.

Has anyone tried Brake pads different from Factory supplied ones?

I suspect that the braking effort at the rear is so low, it is hardly noticeable, after all, one of the worst things to happen on a Three Wheeler, at least any reverse trikes, is for the rear tyre to lock up, especially when negotiating a bend.
As far as different pads are concerned, I don't suppose anyone has needed to change their pads yet. Do we know who makes the calipers?

I can safely confirm, you do not want to lock the rear wheel under braking. I've done so and you'll need a new pair of trousers if you do.
The back brake on a two speeder is on the foot pedal and is a much better brake than the front ones which are on the hand lever.

I had...actually have the same problem.
It disappeared after the first service when the changed/mixed up the left and right caliper.
The mechanic told me that the left and right caliper where from different packing units and had a slight measuring difference.
So he mixed them up and it worked. ...but after a couple of hundert kilometers my M3W started again to breakout to the right side.
So I still waiting for an solution...
But it seems Iīm not the only one with this problem, especially they all breakout to the right side.
Curious isnīt it?
