I didn't dislike any of it, just wanted a bit more.
And yes, your article was good... hope we see more of your writing.

I had the 18 month VIP sub, they stopped it after 15 months however. When I got in touch with them, they sent me the 3 missing back issues and I subscribed for a further 12 months.

They are looking for a new Assistant Editor...

I've had it since issue one, initial six month subscription through Unique 'ripped off' magazines, great deal- six months for the price of twelve!!...needless to say the following 12 months came direct from Viva. I am yet to renew, it disturbs me a little, I agree it's extremely well produced but it's bubble gum journalism, lacking in content and hard hitting analysis. It's supposed to be independent of MMC but 'approved' by them but I bet the current hot dog issue at Malvern won't be mentiioned.

Mind you the pictures are lovely and I do look forward to it arriving each month but the reality is it's a fairly quick read.

I stopped subscribing as I felt it more akin to an inflight magazine. Some good bits but overall poor value in my mind.

I didn't subscribe as the two copies I picked up during the year were exactly as you describe - very thin on substance.

I don't mind a 'light read' - anything heavier tends to get put in the reading pile/file and I never get around to it.

HOWEVER WHAT I DO MIND IS THE MOG MAG ELECTRONIC VERSION DELIVERY CHANNEL CHANGING. Worked fine for a few issues now it has stopped and I face a hassle of emails/copy receipts etc just to reinstate something that I have already paid for (on top of the physical subscription I bought for my Dad). NOT impressed Mog Mag frown

Anyone else had this?

I agree with all of the above - insufficient depth & clearly designed for dentists waiting rooms..

The ultimate condemnation laugh

I doubt that the magazine is truly independent of MMC. Mog looks like an example of contract publishing - Project Viva were probably commissioned by Morgan to produce and distribute a magazine. Whilst they might be a company independent of MMC (ie separate) they will not rock the boat of their paymasters.
