At the recent Williams open day I purchased a net like wind diffuser.

What a difference, it really works, significantly reducing the amount and velocity of air hitting the back of my and the co-pilots neck.

Still not 100% convinced about the look, but for the winter it will stay:

Photos, what do you think?

First, from the back:

And from the front:

Hi Peter,

It must be habit forming - had my WINDSTOP fitted at Williams this week - along with the "Caroline Treatment" - now I have a new car again!

Cheers

Me neither, a flying jacket collar and a hat does the job for me. But I guess if one doesn't favour sheepskin, then this could be useful.

Just pull the collar up a bit and wrap the scarf around.

Yup, that's my answer too...
I had windstops on both Z3 and Boxster (came with the cars), but swmbo used to ride in those a lot more...

Personally,i don't like the looks of these on any open car,i've owned a great number of cars that came with these, but never used them.I prefer a so called tube around the neck, and put the collar of my jacket up,but only if it's cold,i like a bit of wind around the head.
