Hello, I'm just looking for Morgan enthusiasts idealy nearby Prague. There are not many fans and owners here in the Czech Republic, so I'm trying to look around this website. I also speak german, so I would like also maybe join some Morgan meetings or other classic cars actions in Germany, if I couldn't find anyone nearby. I own two Morgans already, a modern Threewheeler, one of the last pre-production models in Rich Maroon with black leather interior and with an pre-production exhaust without the silencer in the back of the exhaustpipes (that's possibly the only main difference to a production model, it's a little lauder :)). And I also own one of the 26 built Morgans +4+ coupes, the 15. car built that left the factory on the 17. of June 1964, in blue with black leather inetrior. I have really loved the car from the first time I found it in the 100 years Morgan book and I knew I have to get it  I'm now also thinking about bidding for a +8 from 1979 (because that's my birthyear :)) at an auction in December, but my new dreams would be a Morgan SLR or I really love the one-off fiberglass Morgan +4 sports racer, even those aren't factory cars, I really love those projects. So that could be all for the beginning Regards Jari

Sounds a great car and would love to see some photos.
I first went to Prague as a school trip from the UK as part of a government program after the "wall came down".
I am sure there's a member on here from the Czech Republic. There are quite a few German members too.

Hi Jari and welcome to TM. You have a couple of interesting cars! The +4+ is a very distinctive car and we don't see much of them here on TM.....so plenty of photos will be very welcome. A nice +8 would round off your collection very nicely!
I hope you meet up with some like minded Morgan owners, either in your own country or in Germany. There certainly are quite a few there judging by Morgan's sales. I wish I was a bit closer to Germany...there's a couple of owners I'd like to meet up with again!

I hope you are successful acquiring the 1979 car - there is something very cool about owning a car that is as old as you. I am the same age as your +4+ and probably showing a lot more patina

Also love your city. Spent a great deal of time putting IT systems into a superb hotel there. Love the people and the sights.

Welcome to TM Jarl. The SLRs are fantastic. I had the pleasure of seeing all 3 of them together at Monza earlier this year.
