Its getting near Christmas so I went into Machine Mart to purchase a impact screw driver or a socket with a screw driver fitting just to get that bit of strength on it and a connection for my compressor . They did not have any . I must be catching something off shopping with my wife and daughter , So I purchased a Aluminium racing jack lifts 1.25 ton £107.98. I have had a 3 ton Webber for years but its just to high to slip under the chassis and the mog has to be driven onto a bit of wood . It has a part rubber filled end so as not to scratch , but still has a metal edge around the rubber . I going to make a jack pad but need a bit advice does anyone know of a mog owner thats makes things out of a rubber stuff for his mog .

I bought an ice hockey puck on Ebay which is a perfect fit for my trolley jack and it's made of hard rubber.
Seems just the job.

I also use hockey pucks for jacking up. Those of you with Minis will recognise that they have hollow jacking points. I cut down a hockey puck to fit the hole much stronger than a small block of wood.
